MORES works hand-in-hand with HACM in eff ort to acquire, develop and preserve housing resources in Madera. Through partnership with MORES, HACM facilitated the $2.8M rehabilitation of the Yosemite Manor senior housing complex at 108 South P Street. In addition, MORES has acquired and preserved fourteen (14) units of housing in Madera for affordable occupancy. Funds earned from development and operation of these units will decrease agency dependence on federal funding. The earned funds will be used to repeat the investment cycle to develop, acquire and preserve aff ordable housing resources in the community. MORES is also a partner in Arborpoint, a 65 unit multi-family development (located at Owens and Clark in Madera) with a construction budget of nearly $12M.
